Each and every bread kit is based on recipes from our German bread culture. Since early 2020 we offer artisan bread kits for homebakers and bread lovers. It was never easier making bread at home without the hussle of having all the right ingredients on hand. Now you can choose your 9 favorite bread baking kits.

All our artisan bread kits are based on only three traditional ingredients – Organic Flour, Sea Salt and non-GMO yeast.

Organic Wheat Flour & Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Seeds, Sea Salt, Yeast, Organic Malted Barley Flour

Keep it for your own pantry or share with your friends! In case you choose to send the box as a gift, leave us a note during the check-out. We’ll add your personal message to the recipient right into to the package. 

! Remember – flavor & digestability needs time to develop. All baking mixes require a bit timely planning – we have no 1, 2, 3 quick-mix options.  ,-)  We live the old artisan way.

each single kit comes with:

• 1 artisan bread baking mix (18-23.6 oz) for a traditional bread treat (bread, loaves or pretzels)
• the accompanying instruction card as an easy step-by-step guide
• a sheet of baking paper (not with pan loaves)
• packed in a reusable food container to take your prepared sandwich with you

You need to add:
For all bread baking kits, just add filtered water and your bread baking journey begins. Some call for addtional items like some olive oil, vinegar or some butter for the pretzels.
