Set of 3 XL Premium Bread Mixes for traditional German & European bread treats !
Order this assorted pack to enjoy all at once – Ciabatta, a well known Italian classic. Wurzelbrot, a rustic German baguette style. Almweck, some hearty German rolls. All are a great choice for BBQ parties, breakfast & brunch and a perfect base for delicious sandwiches.
All our bread mixes are made with organic flour and are based on traditional recipes for authentic results. BREADISTA’s baking kits and baking mixes have been developed to make bread by hand in the old traditional way. (You do not need a stand mixer, food processer or bread machine.)
Tips for serving:
- You can make the Almweck dough pieces bigger for some sandwich-like ‘baguette’.
- Add some chopped roasted walnuts or some fried bacon to the Wurzelbrot for a tasty variety.
- Boost the flavor of the Ciabatta with adding olives or dried tomatoes or smaller to get handy party bites.

Pack of 3 XL Premium Bread Mixes includes:
- Ciabatta-XL Mix – makes 4 loaves
- Wurzelbrot-XL Mix – makes 4 loaves
- Almweck-XL Mix – makes up to 20 rolls
With our XL bread mixes you can either make all rolls/loaves at once or you choose to make only the half of the mix. The ready-to-use flour mix is packed in a resealable zipper bag with instructions on the label on the back. BREADISTA’s bread mixes are perfectly pre-measured (yeast included) for best results with ease. Please store the bag in a darker and cooler place like a pantry (not in the fridge!).

Organic Wheat and Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Organic Malted Barley Flour, Yeast
(Hands-on: ~30 min / rest time for the dough: 11-16 hours)
Wurzelbrot bread mix ingredients:
Organic Wheat and Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Organic Malted Barley Flour, Yeast
(Hands-on: ~20 min / rest time for the dough: 24-26 hours)
Almweck flour-mix ingredients:
Organic Wheat and Whole Rye Flour, Salt, Organic Malted Barley Flour, Yeast, Spices
(Hands-on: ~15 min / rest time for the dough: 11-14 hours)
