I have been baking bread in my home kitchen for about ten years, mostly using either all purpose or whole wheat flours. I usually bake a boule. I recently decided to try baking a boule using Almweck flour from Beadista and some helpful suggestions from the Breadista proprieter. The result was the best tasting bread I have ever baked.
