BREADISTA stands for Quality & Simplicity. All our bread mixes are made with different organic flour, plain sea salt without any anti-caking agents and non-GMO yeast. The brioche-style EINBACK mix contains just a little organic cane sugar to achieve that typical sweet-ish taste. When you read ‘Organic Wheat Flour’ means not always it is just simple ‘white’ flour. In fact, we often use high-bran types of flour what explains the numbers on corresponding nutrition labels. We do not add cellulose or similar to beautify the fiber numbers. We will never use bleached or enriched flour. Check the nutrition facts yourself:
