Why do you need this:
With a instant read thermometer you can measure the inner of your food and check, if it is
baked or cooked through. You’ll get better results in measure the food temperature.

A bread is normally baked through when you measure 195°-210°F or 91°-98°C in the middle
of a loaf. Please check our recipe instructions to get the right temperature.

You can use this food thermometer also for your meat or other food which is sensitive to
cooking temperatures.

Cleaning:
To keep the probe clean just wipe it with a dump towel and store it in the included
protection sleeve. Do not put this thermometer or the sleeve in a dishwasher!
