Nutrition Facts – BREADISTA’s Bread Mixes

BREADISTA stands for Quality & Simplicity. All our bread mixes are made with different organic flour, plain sea salt without any anti-caking agents and non-GMO yeast. The brioche-style EINBACK mix contains just a little organic cane sugar to achieve that typical sweet-ish taste. When you read ‘Organic Wheat Flour’ means not always it is just simple ‘white’ flour. In fact, we also use high-bran types of flour what explains the numbers on corresponding nutrition labels. We do not add cellulose or similar to beautify the fiber numbers.
