Choose from the classic Italian ‘Ciabatta’, a rustic baguette style ‘Wurzelbrot‘, some hearty German bread rolls ‘Almweck‘, a traditional loaf ‘Rheintaler‘ or the brioche-style ‘Einback‘. All mixes are handmade in small batches and are based on our bread culture’s tradition. Why big-pack? Because you can make either 4 loaves or 20 rolls out of one bread mix. The bag is resealable to make only half of the mix very easy.
