This French specialty bread is heavenly scented with a touch of Herbs de Provence. The bread is shaped and cut like a leaf and has its roots in ancient Rome as sayings go. Serve it as an appetizer to a glass of red wine and some olives or pair it with a homemade classic soup. 💛 This baking kit makes one very big Fougasse or two smaller ones.

I’ve only received one package so far (sunflower buns). The packaging is quite nicely done, and the result was very tasty, but I was not as wowed with the instructions. The card was small for the amount of info on it plus there were minor issues such as instructions for a steam pan which had not been mentioned. I improvised and it did not impact the results at all, but the recipe cards might benefit from added review. I look forward to our next package!
