In Germany we love (!) our hard bread rolls in all variations for breakfast and as lunch sandwiches. Sometimes they are named after their shape, the ingredients or after the region they’re from. Our Oaty’s are loaded with, of course, oats and are partially made with whole grain flour. The first box comes with the tool-set you’ve chosen, the following boxes #2 and #3 contain only the baking kit.
Each monthly box contains a bread baking kit packed in a reuseable cotton produce bag. The baking kit could be a typical bread itself or one of the many types of rolls you can find in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. All kits come with a pictured instructions card to guide everyone to perfect results.

I’ve only received one package so far (sunflower buns). The packaging is quite nicely done, and the result was very tasty, but I was not as wowed with the instructions. The card was small for the amount of info on it plus there were minor issues such as instructions for a steam pan which had not been mentioned. I improvised and it did not impact the results at all, but the recipe cards might benefit from added review. I look forward to our next package!
