Mini Ciabatta rolls made with a ready-made bread mix - BREADISTA

Half of our easy-to-use Ciabatta bread mix makes you 2 regular loaves or ca. 24 mini Ciabatta rolls. You can add olives and cheese like we did here with our mediterranean loaf.

How to make the Ciabatta mini rolls

Follow the instructions on the back of the bag until you’ve completed step-4, resting the dough included. Now start pulling out each dough piece into a rectangle (about half sheet size) on a well floured surface. You can use a rolling pin as well, but be very gently to keep as much air in the dough as possible. Sprinkle more flour on top.

With a dough scraper, pizza cutter or big knife divide the rectangles each into 12 pieces (or less for bigger rolls). Cover them loosley with a towel and preheat your oven as directed with your baking sheet or stone. When the temperature is right, place the Ciabatta rolls or minis carefully on a baking paper onto your hot baking surface. Bake for about 12-15 min until they’re lightly golden and sound hollow when you’re tapping at the bottom.
