We produce all our bread mixes only with organic flour and seeds without any nonsense ingredients. They’re based on oldschool traditional recipes for authentic results and a long fermentation. BREADISTA’s baking kits and baking mixes have been developed to make bread by hand the old traditional way. (You do not need a stand mixer, food processer or bread machine.)
Tips for serving:

With our artisan bread mixes you can either make all rolls/loaves at once or you choose to make only the half of the mix. The ready-to-use flour mix is packed in a resealable zipper bag with instructions on the back. BREADISTA’s bread mixes are perfectly pre-measured (yeast included) for best results with ease for every level of baker. Please store the bag in a darker and cooler place like a pantry (not in the fridge!).
