I have been baking bread in my home kitchen for about ten years, mostly using either all purpose or whole wheat flours. I usually bake a boule. I recently decided to try baking a boule using Alweck flour from Beadista and some helpful suggestions from the Breadista proprieter. The result was the best tasting bread I have ever baked. With a soft crumb and a crispy crust, its has been wonderful. While the featured use of the Almweck flour has been to bake dinner rolls, it is obviously suitable for boule.

I tried the Almweck bread mix and really enjoyed it. The bread mix was super easy to use and the directions were perfectly stated. It was really fun making bread from scratch and enjoyed the simplicity of the process. The taste was super delicious and my rolls had a slight crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
